Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
How to Cancel an Order
Email us at info@connectprinter.co.uk with your Order ID
Call our customer support within 12 hours of placing the order
If the order is already shipped, cancellation won’t be possible — but you may initiate a return once it’s delivered
Refunds on Cancellations
If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
If partial items are shipped, only the unshipped portion will be refunded
Refunds & Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated
